Who we are

Martin Resources has been established by David Martin, a senior professional with a background and qualifications in Civil and Mining Engineering (B.Eng.), a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and a Quarry Manager Certificate of Competency from Department of Mines and Petroleum WA.  

With 15 years’ experience, David is a hands-on practitioner who has worked in most facets of mining engineering and operations, including mine planning, mine design, projects, frontline operating and supervisory experience, autonomous operations, remote operations centres, large transformation projects, data analytics, organisational design, contract management and large complex studies in Mines Decarbonisation. Currently based in Brisbane, David has worked in operations across Australia in the Hunter Valley, the Pilbara and Central Queensland, as well as head offices in Perth and Brisbane.
